6 Bay Loading Complex

Loading Rack designs can be either single pedestal configuration to conserve space and reduce installation cost or two column bent configuration to accommodate piping runs. Pipe Rack design, fabrication, and installation are also provided. Multiple Rail Car Systems can be designed to allow for access without decoupling cars. Tracks can be retrofitted to existing platforms. Tracks available in 10-0 segments to fit any track length requirements. Self Closing safety gates can be provided as part of the track assembly. Safety gates are designed for both new and retrofit installations. Toe Plates are standard on all Safety Gates to meet OSHA requirements. Pivot Mount designs are available and can be retrofitted to existing pivot mount hardware to reduce installation cost. Crash box cages can be provided to bring the crash box hand rail height up to the OSHA requirements of 42" above walk surface for elevations in excess of 6-0 above adjacent floor level.
Railcar Loading Complex
	Independant loading stations can be equipped with safety bridges or stairs. Typical single railcar loading stations would include a 4' wide x 6' long x 12' high platform, similar to Carbis Ready Rack, and a retractable safety bridge for accessing the various railcar configurations. Retractable bridges allow the operator to extend or retract a portion of the bridge to provide the operator a safe passage to the top of the railcar. Continuous platforms are also available from 50' to 500' if required.
